Not a Great Week for Stitching...

This week I picked up Plum Street Sampler's Blackberry House - which, for the record, I LOVE, so that's not the problem - but the stitching I managed to get done is just pathetic. I'm trying to keep up with posting weekly, though, so here goes:

Yep, that's it. You can see my last progress post here from a couple of weeks ago. All I could manage was that little vine on the bottom left with the two berries, and half of a leaf. Urgh! I miss the days when I could just sit down and put in hours of stitching at a time.

Oh well. I'll try to do more the next time I pick this baby back up. In the meantime, I'm probably going to start another sheep next week. I've finished up a couple of major WIPs lately, the quilt top and the 3D apple, so the anxiety-inducing pile has shrunk a little. Might as well add to it, am I right?

Happy xxx's,

I don't get enough time to stitch these days either, I am just pleased with even a little progress. It is looking lovely. x

This is a beauty Sarah. At least you got in a little bit.

Every little helps, Sarah! I'm trying to go back to making 10 minutes a day for some stitching, and hoping I can get carried away and get even more stitched that way!

Plum street sampler is going to be another beautiful finish, Sarah.
You have inspired me with your stitching so I have added to my to do list with the purchase of the Sheep Virtues charts. I am going to do them all on one piece of fabric. I am afraid to start them before I finish my current project though

Those days will come back and then you'll miss your baby cuddles!
Every stitch counts and you do so well blogging regularly too.

You have achieved and finished a lot lately. And at the moment it just goes a little slower. But progress is progress. and even little progress will show after a while.

It's still progress Sarah! I have more stitching time now my boys are a bit older (7 and 9) I stitch in the evenings when they're in bed. Just enjoy your little one, they grow up so fast!

Any stitching is good stitching in my book, my dear. Don't let it worry you, just enjoy each day as it comes.
